# **Swimming Upstream - Worldwork + Process Work Intensive**

A five-day international intensive focused on Process Work, Worldwork and multidimensional leadership development, offered in Tangier and online.

## **About This Event**

Deep Democracy Institute International hosts its annual five-day intensive in Tangier and online from October 12 to 16, 2026. Designed for facilitators, coaches, community builders, corporate leaders and people interested in personal and collective development, the program combines training, practice and experiential work.

The 2026 edition focuses on “Awareness, Power and Communities” and explores Process Work methods applied to leadership, power dynamics, conflict, communities and collective processes. The intensive draws on Arnold Mindell’s Second Training for Leaders approach.

The intensive follows a Process Work Clinic format, combining large-group sessions, demonstrations, small-group work, theoretical tutorials, practical exercises and participatory processes. The program remains flexible and is adapted to the process and needs of the group.

The hybrid format brings together participants attending in person in Tangier and those joining online. Selected sessions are shared across both formats, while small-group work is adapted to the different modes of participation.
