This Privacy Policy explains what information In My Town collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

In My Town is operated by **Hodos**, a company registered in Morocco.

Because the platform is currently in its MVP stage, we intentionally collect very little personal information.

## 1. Information We Currently Collect

Some interactions are stored locally in your browser using local storage, including:

- saved events;
- liked events;
- events marked as attending;
- interface preferences where applicable.

These interactions remain on your own device.

They are **not transmitted to our servers**, **not linked to an account**, and **not shared with third parties**.

If you clear your browser's local storage or use a different device, this information may be lost.

### Personal information

At the current stage of the platform, we **do not** require user accounts.

We therefore do **not** collect:

- names;
- email addresses;
- passwords;
- payment information;
- billing information;
- profile information.

If user accounts are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
