We're not hiring yet.

In My Town is still an early-stage product being developed by a small team, and we're currently focused on launching our first pilot city.

As the platform grows, we'll gradually build a multidisciplinary team around the project. We expect future opportunities to include people who understand local cultural ecosystems, software engineering, product design, partnerships with cities and cultural institutions, marketing, and data.

More important than a specific job title is a shared belief that local culture deserves better digital infrastructure.

If you're excited by that mission, whether you're a developer, designer, community builder, researcher, or someone deeply involved in your city's cultural life, we'd love to hear from you.

There may not be an immediate opportunity, but we're always interested in meeting people who care about what we're building.
